We currently use Quo, formerly OpenPhone, as a business calling and messaging platform. Quo and underlying communications providers may process communications and related metadata to deliver calling, voicemail, SMS, MMS, auto-reply, and shared-inbox functions.
E. Sensitive Information
We do not request sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for our services. Please do not submit health information, government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, or precise device geolocation unless we specifically request information reasonably necessary for a lawful business purpose.

Mobile Information and Text-Message Consent
We do not sell mobile information. We do not share mobile opt-in data, consent records, or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their independent marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose mobile information to service providers that help us deliver messages, maintain consent or opt-out records, provide customer support, prevent fraud, or complete requested services. Those disclosures are limited to the applicable business purpose.
4. Text Messages
When you provide a mobile number in connection with an inquiry, quote request, booking, or active service and affirmatively request or agree to text communication, we may send service-related SMS or MMS messages about that request or service. Messages may include confirmations, scheduling, delivery and pickup coordination, reminders, billing notices, receipts, support responses, and requested follow-up.
Our first outbound message will identify Boss Lady Boxes and include instructions to reply STOP to unsubscribe. Marketing or promotional texts require a separate opt-in when required by law and are not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may revoke consent through STOP or another clear opt-out request. We honor supported keyword opt-outs automatically and immediately, permit one non-marketing confirmation message, and require new affirmative consent before resuming text messages that require consent.
See our Text Messaging Terms for more information.

Retention periods vary by record type. We may retain booking, payment, service, communication, opt-in, and opt-out records after a service is completed when reasonably necessary to document the transaction, honor communication preferences, or comply with legal obligations.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. We also use established service providers for booking, payment, communications, hosting, and related functions. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
