Pavement, concrete, dirt, or grass are all fine, provided the surface is solid enough for the dumpster’s weight. We offer site protection boards at checkout to help protect your property. If waived, we can’t be responsible for any surface damage.
Please ensure at least 15 feet long by 10 feet wide — about the size of a large pickup truck parking space. The area must be clear and accessible. If we can’t deliver due to access issues, a $150 dry run fee will apply.

Included Weight: 2,000 lbs. (1 ton) Any weight over 2,000 lbs. is billed at $0.08 per pound starting at 2,001 lbs. We verify weight using certified landfill scales. Additional charges will be applied to your payment method on file.
Most dumpsters can be filled evenly to the top edge. There should not be any trash or materials sticking up past the top of the dumpster.
Normal wear and tear? No problem — that’s on us. Damage from misuse (e.g., hitting it with heavy equipment, overloading, moving it improperly)? That’s on the customer. These units are expensive, and we’d all prefer to avoid repair or replacement charges. Please load carefully, by hand.
